I've worked with her on one other project , and it's always been a pleasure to deal with her...she is passionate about what she does and doesn't stop until she's happy with her work...like today she stayed up until 330am helping me out with the site. I just want a single landing/home page at simplerich.com that is static around the edges but that slurps up some feeds... but I'm guessing she could make that look REALLY good. I especially like how the number of columns scales based on screen size. Nicely done and very considerate. Very clean theme. I'm not a fan of stuff at the bottom, but that's a personal preference for me. Mainly because I never make it to the bottom of pages... that being said...
