Ok, I am absolutely pissed off. Yes, very very pissed off. It seems like what I thought back during the end of the MS monopoly trial is truer than even I thought it was…the US “justice” system is property of the corporate set.
Calif. court drops charges against Dunn
Yes, you read that right….the Wicked Witch (formerly) of the Board has skated free and clear from what many of us thought was a clear case of corporate crime, which deserved the book thrown at everybody involved.
Oh, and to make things better, Kevin Hunsaker, Ronald DeLia (the PI that set up the whole game) and Matthew DePante (the one who did the pretexting) pleaded no-contest and got a pat on the wrist…96 hours of community service. Once they complete that, the court will drop all charges.
Does this make any sense to any of you? It sure as hell makes none to me.
