I Forgot! Happy 50th bday, Hard Disk!

I totally forgot this…on the 13th of September of 1956, the first hard disk drive was introduced. I forgot (and I’m guessing so did slashdot, because the story just showed up :) They point to this story in Yahoo! which has good points about the history of our beloved hard disks without which we’d be a lot sadder in our computing lifes.

So…happy bday, HD! :)
