I got this month’s phone bill today…and besides the heart-stopping numbers (damn, I still don’t believe how much the phone gets used in this house), I got a small pamphlet for the Acuerdo de Chapultepec (The Chapultepec Agreement) that was signed at the end of last year. I’m betting somebody who doesn’t like Andrés Lopez decided to remind us all that he just decided to sign this some time in the future (I haven’t heard any dates), while all the other presidential candidates signed it in november of last year.
It’s worth your time to read the Agreement’s site, interesting reading.
